Our COVID-19 Mental Health Counselling Project offers four free sessions with a professional counsellor either by phone, virtually, or an in office visit.

To be eligible you must be:

  • a family caregiver to a person living with mental illness, whose own mental health has been affected as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic

or

  • an individual living with a mental illness whose mental health has been exacerbated by COVID-19.

The project runs from August 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. Spaces are limited.

This project is supported and funded in part by the Government of Canada and United Way Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund (ECSF) administered through the United Way Central & Northern Vancouver Island.
