You Are Not Alone

Are you caring for a loved one suffering from mental illness? Wondering if you are alone in the everyday struggles? You are not!

Our support group meets every two weeks, providing a safe, supportive, secure, and private environment to share your stories and struggles. Hear what others are doing, and offer a helping hand to others who are walking the same journey.

Individuals from all walks of life join our support group: parents, siblings, friends, partners, spouses. All find comfort in knowing that others share their struggles, and learn from others what they have done to build a better future for themselves and their loved ones.

Is A Support Group Right For Me?

Any loved one who is walking through the journey of symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, relapse, and long-term support of an individual with mental illness needs a support group. Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Schizo-Affective Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Mood Disorders, Severe Depression all take a heavy toll on the supportive community around the individual and their loved ones.

Having a safe group where you can share your honest feelings without judgement with others who understand is a crucial piece of the healing journey. You will find caregivers who understand the struggles of mental illness, the thoughts and feelings that are common to all caregivers, supports and structures that have been helpful for others, and a space where others are not there to fix your problems, but support you in carrying on.

Whether you’re a parent, a grandparent, a spouse, a child, a close friend, or any other definition of family, there is a space for you at our support groups.
