Creating Connections for Recovery: A Networking Lunch for Mental Health and Substance Use

The Mental Health Substance Use Advisory Committee invites you to attend our Creating Connections for Recovery event! This lunch offers a dedicated space for mental health professionals, organizations, and individuals with lived experience to share best practices, exchange resources, and build connections that can enhance client care throughout the Nanaimo region.

The Mental Health Substance Use Advisory Committee directly connects Island Health, individuals with lived experience, community organizations, and the broader community together around a single table. The committee meets the second Wednesday of every month from 11:15-12:30PM at 528 Wentworth St. Nanaimo (1st floor board room) or virtually.
