One of the scariest parts of parenting is walking alongside your teenager as the grow and experiment with their independence and adulthood. New friends, new behaviours, and a whole world that you cannot control as a parent.

We want to equip you for this journey, whether you are wondering how to communicate with your adolescent, or you want to be prepared for the future. MHRP-CI will equip you with current research, living experience from young adults, opportunity to speak with other parents on the journey, and practical resources for the future.
