What to Expect

These roundtable discussions will give you the opportunity to share your insights, experiences, and concerns during an important conversation about mental health care. We would love to hear more about your journey and learn about your experience navigating the current intake system of MHSU Island Health.

Part of Something Bigger

We are working to build a map of what mental health support looks like for our region, and your voice is essential at this mental health roundtable session in helping us understand the challenges and opportunities for improvement in what services are available. By sharing your experiences as a caregiver supporting a loved one through Island Health’s mental health intake system, you will engage in meaningful discussions with our Mental Health Navigator and other caregivers.

Together, we aim to enhance our support systems and foster a compassionate and inclusive community. Your participation will be instrumental in shaping a more resilient and supportive mental health care environment for caregivers and their loved ones. We are committed to empowering you and look forward to your contributions.
