This Creative Journaling workshop, led by Nicolle Nattrass, will equip you to better process the events, stresses, and trauma of everyday and ground yourself in self-care and wellness practices. Journaling is still the number one recommended therapeutic tool for boosting our self care and wellness. This hands-on, in person workshop will provide caregivers an introduction to integrating quality time for yourself that is accessible, not time consuming and uses creative ways to reduce stress, re-charge and support your own resiliency as a caregiver and helper.

Join our facilitator, Nicolle Nattrass, as she guides you through the benefits of Creative Journaling. Learn the emerging research demonstrating the tangible effect creative journaling has on your brain and processing trauma. You’ll be equipped with skills that you can use in your everyday journey to connect deeper with yourself, and move forward in relationship with your loved one.

Nicolle Nattress

Beyond an extensive professional career in Theatre, Nicolle earned her professional certification with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification in 2007 as an Addiction Counselor CAC II(1442-07). She is currently based on Vancouver Island in Lantzville and grateful to live, work and create on the unceded territory of the Snaw’naw’as Mustimuxw people.
